Short version: we only use what you send us to make your order, and this site does not track you.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

What we collect

This site has no accounts. We only have the information you choose to send us: by email or mail, or through the online order form at /shop. That is for example your name, business, contact details, delivery address, logo files, notes and order details.

Online orders

  • Your cart and the logo you pick stay in your own browser (local storage) until you check out or clear them.
  • At checkout your order details and logo file are sent to us and stored with our host, Cloudflare. Logos of orders that are never paid are deleted after 30 days.
  • Payment runs on Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe’s page; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe tells us your name, email, phone, business name and delivery address so we can make and deliver the order.
  • Order and receipt emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

How we use it

  • To answer you, prepare quotes and proofs, and make and deliver your order.
  • To keep business and tax records, as the law requires.

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us do that: the makers who decorate your items (your logo, quantities, sizes), our email provider, and a payment processor if you pay by card (we never store card numbers). We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Headings use the Source Serif 4 font from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google. If we add Cloudflare Web Analytics later (cookie-free, no cross-site tracking), we will say so on this page.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and order records as long as needed for your order and for our tax and accounting records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), or ask us not to contact you again. Email [email protected].

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. Our kids’ app AryOLingo has its own privacy policy inside the app.
