A plain summary of how our quotes and orders work. Your written quote and signed order form are what apply.

Quotes and prices

  • Written quotes are valid for 14 days. After that we re-check our costs and confirm the price again.
  • Prices are in US dollars per piece with one logo in one place, before Utah sales tax.
  • Listed prices start at 25 pieces per item. Orders of 12–24 pieces are quoted with a one-time setup fee of $35–60.

Proof and your logo

  • For quoted orders, we send a free digital proof before you pay anything (online orders: see below). Please check spelling, colors and placement; we produce exactly what you approve.
  • By sending a logo you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only for your order, with your written OK on the order form.
  • Thread, ink and product colors can look slightly different in person than on a screen.

Payment

  • A 60% deposit starts production. The balance is due on delivery.
  • We accept check, ACH and card.

Lead times and delivery

  • Lead times are estimates and count from your approved proof and the final size list.
  • If a date matters, tell us before you approve the proof and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.
  • We hand-deliver in the Moab area. Other delivery is arranged on the quote.

Online orders

  • Orders placed at /shop are paid at checkout by card through Stripe. Orders under $1,000 pay in full; orders of $1,000 or more pay a 60% deposit and the balance on delivery.
  • The price per piece follows the total quantity of each item in your order (25+, 50+, 100+), all sizes and colors together. The minimum is 25 pieces per item.
  • We send a free digital proof within one business day. Production starts after you approve it. If you do not approve the proof, we cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
  • Delivery in the Moab area is free. Utah sales tax is added for deliveries in Utah.

Changes and cancellation

  • You can change or cancel an order free of charge until production starts.
  • Once production starts, items made with your logo cannot be cancelled or returned.

Misprints and damage

If any piece arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us with a photo and we replace it at no cost.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
